Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Receipt Scanner & Exporter ("the App"), operated by Baykal Sarıoğlu ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Receipt Scanner & Exporter is a mobile utility that allows you to photograph, crop, enhance, and organize receipts locally on your device. The App offers both a free tier (limited to 10 scans per month) and a paid Pro subscription for unlimited usage.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase to unlock the Pro tier. Key terms:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you scan, store, and export using the App. We do not monitor, access, or store your scanned data.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Baykal Sarıoğlu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of edge detection, image enhancement quality, or the suitability of exports for any particular accounting or legal purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Baykal Sarıoğlu be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccurate receipt processing.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We advise you to review this page periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
